CrSIP Tokens will be used by customers for creating crypto SIPs on the CrSIP Platform. It is one of the most essential elements to use the CrSIP Platform.
The value of 1 CrSIP Token always equals USD $1 and its value is pegged to popular stable coins DAI, USDC, and USDT.
You can purchase CrSIP Tokens using any of these stablecoins (DAI, USDC, USDT) on any of the popular blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, and Avalanche on the CrSIP Platform.
We always assume the following exchange ratio :
Exchange ratio : 1 USDC = 1 USDT = 1 DAI = 1 CrSIP Token = 1 USD $
What is the use of CrSIP Token?
To create a crypto SIP, the user must have CrSIP tokens in their connected personal non-custodial wallet (such as Metamask, Trust wallet, etc ) . The exchange ratio of stablecoins to CrSIP tokens is 1:1 always.
Our CrSIP platform allows users to automate their purchase and investment in their favorite crypto tokens and crypto currencies in a systematic and disciplined way. The user can choose the cryptocurrency and tokens he wishes to purpose on regular basis [daily, weekly, monthly] and auto-invest in them. CrSIP Platform will purchase the crypto of user’s choice on his behalf by comparing the rates from 25+ decentralized and centralized exchanges and automatically deposit the user’s purchased crypto into your personal non-custodial wallet, such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc at the best lowest rate thereby maximizing the user’s gain and profits. Example 1: Let's assume a user A wants to buy “Dogecoin” token on the Ethereum Network and his budget for the same is USD $35. Now instead of purchasing 35$ worth of Dogecoin lump-sump on a single day, he/she decides to create a SIP in Dogecoin token.
He/She creates a SIP with recurring amount of 5$ with a time frame for 7 days with purchase frequency set to daily.
In this scenario, he/she will be required to have atleast 35 CrSIP Tokens in his connected non-custodial wallet such as MetaMask at the time of creating of SIP for Dogecoin. This is because 35 CrSIP Tokens = 35 USD $.
5$ recurring amount * 7 (frequency duration) = 35 CrSIP Tokens
Example 2: Let's assume a user B wants to buy “Aave” token on the Polygon Network and his budget for the same is USD $50. Now instead of purchasing 50$ worth of Aave lump-sump on a single day, he/she decides to create a SIP in Aave token.
He/She creates a SIP with recurring amount of 10$ with a time frame for 5 weeks with purchase frequency set to weekly.
In this scenario, he/she will be required to have atleast 50 CrSIP Tokens in his connected non-custodial wallet such as MetaMask at the time of creating of SIP for Aave. This is because 50 CrSIP Tokens = 50 USD $.
10$ recurring amount * 5 (frequency duration) = 50 CrSIP Tokens
Example 3: Let's assume a user C wants to buy “Civic” token on the Polygon Network and his budget for the same is USD $15. Now instead of purchasing 90$ worth of Civic lump-sump on a single day, he/she decides to create a SIP in Civic token.
He/She creates a SIP with recurring amount of 15$ with a time frame for 6 months with purchase frequency set to monthly.
In this scenario, he/she will be required to have atleast 90 CrSIP Tokens in his connected non-custodial wallet such as MetaMask at the time of creating of SIP for Civic. This is because 90 CrSIP Tokens = 90 USD $.
15$ recurring amount * 6 (frequency duration) = 90 CrSIP Tokens
